Sea Angling Classic 2022
Charter Boat category Winners

Title “Winner of the 2022  Sea Angling Classic Charter category” and trophies.
* A trip to Finland with  a fishing day on the Baltic sea – includes flights and hotel accommodation.
* Okuma and 13 Fishing equipment and garments to be chosen by the champions during a visit to Normark UK HQ
* The opportunity to become part of the Okuma fishing team – to be discussed directly with the sponsor.
* Isle of Wight Sea Angling Classic VIP tour to include a custom-fitted Spinlock life jacket while visiting their factory followed by a Mermaid Gin gourmet meal at the distillery where the winners will be invited to choose their favourite gin to the value of £2000.
* Lowrance fishfinder, 2 Reuben Heaton set of scales

Charter Boat Skipper prizes

1st – 3rd place – prizes will be awarded to the charter boat skippers with the top three best pairs in this category. Only one prize per boat is allowed.

The following prizes will be awarded irrespectively to which category
Recreational or Charter Boat the angler comes from.

  • Longest overall fish – one prize in each of the 5 target species
    (Ray, Tope, Smooth-hound, Black bream, and Bass)
    A trophy, Rapala lures, equipment from 13 Fishing or Okuma, a set of Reuben Heaton scales and a bottle of Mermaid Gin
  • Best Lady
    A trophy, a set of Reuben Heaton scales, two bottles of Mermaid Gin and a Sea Angling Classic cocktail for 4 at the Alchemist Gunwharf Quays.
  • Best Junior
    A trophy, a set of Reuben Heaton scales, Rapala lures and equipment from 13 Fishing/Okuma
  • Sportsmanship award
